How Our Network Works for Homeowners

Who You Talk To

You talk to an independent concrete provider in our network. That person runs a local business and does the work themselves or with their own crew. Elpeace Concrete only makes the introduction.

What Happens on the Call

The first chat is short and simple. Expect questions about:

  • What you want to build, such as a driveway, patio or stamped surface
  • The rough size and shape of the space
  • Your address, so the provider knows if they serve your area
  • Any slopes, water problems or old concrete in the way

A photo helps a lot. Start with a photo, and the talk goes smoother.

What to Ask a Contractor

Take a breath and use this list:

  • Are you licensed and insured where I live?
  • What is included in the quote, and what is not?
  • How will you handle drainage and frost?
  • What thickness and base do you suggest?
  • When could work begin, and how long will it take?
  • How do you handle cracks, sealing and curing?

Ask for a written quote. Prices vary by job, so compare the details and not just the total.

You Are in Control

Talking to a provider does not lock you in. You can ask for more than one estimate. You can say no. You can take time to think. A good provider will understand.
