Site Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use elpeace.beer. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Our Role: Referrals Only

Elpeace Concrete provides referral and marketing services only. We connect homeowners with independent local providers. We do not pour, finish, stamp or seal concrete, and we do no construction work of any kind. Any work at your home is done by an independent provider, not by Elpeace Concrete.

Connections Are Not Endorsements

When we connect you with a provider, we are not vouching for that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost or results of anyone's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a particular time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance and conduct.

For General Learning

The content here is general information. It is not engineering, legal, financial or other professional advice. Soil, slopes, weather and local rules change from one property to the next, so talk with a qualified provider about your own project.

About Costs

Cost figures on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices vary with the job, the location, the materials, the site conditions and the design. Ask the provider for a written estimate before any work is scheduled.

Permits, HOAs and Codes

What we say about permits, HOA rules and building codes is general. We cannot tell you what your town or HOA requires. Check with your local permit office, your HOA and your provider.

Staying Safe

Concrete work can involve heavy equipment, digging and materials that irritate skin and eyes. Keep children and pets away from active work areas and from fresh concrete. If anyone is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Elpeace Concrete may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure gives more detail.

Accuracy of the Information

We try to keep this site correct and current. Even so, we do not warrant that it is complete or accurate in every detail.
